This page is the official Data Deletion page for SEAES and all of its products (Ping, Vox, Rank, Shield, FinGuard, Scout, FindCourse, MARQ Ad Intelligence). It explains how to request deletion of your personal data, including data SEAES holds about you that originated from third-party logins such as Facebook, Google, or Microsoft.

Quickest route — email us Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the product(s) you used. We action all requests within 30 days in line with the DPDPA 2023.

1. What data we delete

When you submit a verified deletion request, SEAES removes:

Account data — your name, email, phone, password hash, and any profile fields you supplied.
Third-party identity tokens — Facebook user ID, Google sub, Microsoft OID, or any other SSO identifier we received when you logged in.
Usage data — product configuration, contacts you uploaded, message logs, voice recordings, AI prompts, generated content, and any other content you created on our platform.
Billing data — payment method tokens (the underlying card data is never stored by us). Invoice records required by law are retained for the statutory period but stripped of personally identifying fields.
Backups — rolling backups containing your data are pruned within 90 days of the primary deletion.

2. How to submit a deletion request

2.1 In-product (recommended if you have an active login)

Sign in to accounts.seaes.ai.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
Confirm via the OTP we send to your registered email. The deletion is queued immediately and completed within 30 days.

2.2 Email request

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with:

The phrase "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
The product(s) you used (e.g. Ping, MARQ).
If you signed up via Facebook / Google / Microsoft, mention which provider.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

2.3 Facebook-originated logins

If you logged in to a SEAES product using Facebook Login and want to revoke that connection independently of deleting your SEAES account:

Open facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
Find MARQ Ad Intelligence, Ping by SEAES, or whichever SEAES app you connected.
Click Remove. Facebook will notify us, and we will purge the corresponding tokens and Facebook user data from our systems within 30 days.

Revoking the Facebook connection does not delete the rest of your SEAES account. Use 2.1 or 2.2 above if you also want the full account removed.

3. Verification

To prevent malicious deletion, we verify each request by matching the sending email to an account on file and (where applicable) by sending an OTP to your registered phone number. If we cannot verify the request, we will reply asking for additional proof of identity. We will not action a request from an unverified third party.

4. What is not deleted

We retain a minimal, anonymised record of the deletion event itself (e.g. "account X deleted at Y by request") for audit and legal-defence purposes. We also retain aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be re-associated with you. Statutory records such as GST invoices are retained for the period mandated by Indian tax law (currently 8 years) but are not used for any other purpose.
