Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any SEAES product or service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

SEAES provides AI-powered business applications including but not limited to FinGuard, Vox, ERP, Ping, Rank, Shield, FindCourse, and other products listed on seaes.ai. Services may be offered as free, standard, or enterprise tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or entity may maintain multiple accounts for different business purposes.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into SEAES (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Services. You can export Your Data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete Your Data within 30 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services.
  • Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission.
  • Use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. GST is applicable as per Indian tax laws. Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime for all production Services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party service outages, etc.).

8. AI Features

SEAES products use artificial intelligence to provide features like audit analysis, voice agents, SEO recommendations, and business insights. AI outputs are provided as assistance and recommendations — they do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before acting on them.

9. Intellectual Property

SEAES and its associated branding, logos, software, and documentation are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription. Custom configurations, workflows, and templates you create within the Services belong to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEAES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may export Your Data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
