These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and SEAES ("SEAES", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. By creating an account, accessing, or using any SEAES product or service available through seaes.ai and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
To use the Platform, you must create an account via our identity provider at auth.seaes.ai. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
AI-powered voice calling agents for outbound and inbound calls. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and AI training. You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations, Do Not Disturb (DND) registry requirements, and all applicable telecom laws in the jurisdictions where calls are placed.
WhatsApp Business API automation including AI chatbots, template messaging, and broadcast campaigns. Your use is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You must obtain proper opt-in consent from recipients before sending messages. SEAES is not responsible for account restrictions imposed by Meta due to your messaging practices.
Conversational AI-powered enterprise resource planning including invoicing, inventory management, and payroll processing. AI-generated financial documents (invoices, payroll slips, tax calculations) must be independently verified before submission to statutory or regulatory bodies.
AI-powered red-flag detection for GST and Income Tax compliance using Tally export data. TaxGuard does not constitute professional tax advice, chartered accountant services, or legal counsel. Its outputs are indicative, not definitive. You must consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax professional before acting on any findings.
AI-powered SEO and GEO automation for search engine visibility, including site audits, keyword tracking, and competitor analysis. SEO outcomes depend on numerous external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic outcomes.
All AI-generated outputs across the Platform are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:
SEAES operates on a prepaid Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) billing model. A single shared Wallet is used across all Products. You recharge your Wallet and usage is deducted at the applicable per-unit rate.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Updated pricing is always available at seaes.ai/pricing.
Wallet recharges are processed via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). All recharges attract 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). A tax invoice is automatically generated for every recharge. Example: a ₹2,000 recharge results in a total payment of ₹2,360 (₹2,000 + ₹360 GST). Your Wallet is credited with ₹2,000 of usable balance.
New users receive ₹5,000 in promotional credits upon signup. These credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and provided solely for evaluation purposes. SEAES reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional credit offers at any time.
Wallet balance is valid for 12 months from the date of the last recharge. If no recharge is made within 12 months, the remaining balance (excluding promotional credits) may be expired after prior notification via email and dashboard alerts at 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
When your Wallet balance reaches zero, active usage across all Products is paused ("soft lock"). You retain read-only access to your existing data and dashboards. New actions (calls, messages, scans, etc.) require a Wallet recharge. Accounts at zero balance for more than 90 consecutive days may be subject to data retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.

Trial terms may vary and are communicated during signup. SEAES reserves the right to modify trial terms.
You retain all ownership rights to Content you upload or create on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant SEAES a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We do not use your Content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. Anonymised and aggregated usage data may be used to improve the Platform.
The Platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SEAES. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose during the term of your account.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Meta (WhatsApp Business API), Anthropic (AI models), Razorpay (payments), MSG91 (SMS), and Cloudflare (CDN/security). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEAES, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@seaes.ai. SEAES may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and a dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SEAES.
