Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all products and services provided by SEAES through the SEAES Platform. This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination.
1. General Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the SEAES Platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Transmit, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Platform without written authorisation from SEAES.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by us.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
- Use the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
2. SEAES Voice — Voice Calling Rules
When using SEAES Voice, you must:
- Comply with TRAI regulations: Follow all Telecom Regulatory Authority of India rules applicable to automated and AI-assisted calling.
- Respect DND (Do Not Disturb): Do not call numbers registered on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) for categories they have opted out of.
- No spam calling: Do not use SEAES Voice for unsolicited bulk calls, robocalling campaigns, or telemarketing to non-consenting recipients.
- No impersonation: Do not configure AI agents to impersonate real individuals, government officials, law enforcement, or financial institutions.
- Disclosure: Where required by law, disclose to recipients that they are speaking with an AI-powered agent.
- Calling hours: Respect calling time restrictions as per TRAI guidelines (generally 9 AM to 9 PM IST for commercial communications).
- Call recordings: If you access call recordings, you must comply with applicable wiretapping and recording consent laws.
3. SEAES WhatsApp / Ping — Messaging Rules
When using SEAES WhatsApp/Ping, you must:
- Comply with Meta Business Policy: Follow all WhatsApp Business API policies, messaging guidelines, and commerce policies published by Meta.
- Obtain opt-in consent: Only send messages to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you. Maintain records of consent.
- No spam: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, chain messages, or messages to purchased contact lists.
- Respect opt-outs: Immediately stop messaging recipients who request it. Process opt-out requests within 24 hours.
- Template compliance: Use approved message templates for initiating conversations. Do not modify approved templates to circumvent Meta's approval process.
- No prohibited content: Do not send content related to illegal goods, regulated substances, adult content, or any category prohibited by Meta's commerce policy.
4. SEAES ERP — Business Data Rules
- Do not use SEAES ERP to process transactions related to illegal activities.
- Do not generate fraudulent invoices, falsified financial records, or documents intended to deceive regulatory authorities.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the ERP system and for verifying AI-generated outputs before use.
5. SEAES TaxGuard — Compliance Data Rules
- Upload only data that you are authorised to access and process (your own business data or data for which you have client consent).
- Do not upload fabricated or intentionally misleading financial data to test or manipulate TaxGuard's AI analysis.
- Do not use TaxGuard outputs to file statutory returns without independent verification by a qualified professional.
6. SEAES Rank — Website Monitoring Rules
- Only monitor websites that you own or have explicit authorisation to analyse.
- Do not use SEAES Rank to conduct competitive intelligence in a manner that violates any law or third-party terms of service.
- Do not use SEAES Rank to identify vulnerabilities in third-party websites for exploitation.
7. Resource Usage
- Do not consume excessive Platform resources in a manner that degrades service for other users.
- Do not automate actions against the Platform's APIs beyond the documented rate limits.
- Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, trial restrictions, or promotional credit policies.
8. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP are handled through a graduated enforcement process:
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a written warning via email with a description of the violation and required corrective action.
- Temporary suspension: For repeated or serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your account (typically 24-72 hours) while the matter is reviewed.
- Permanent termination: For severe violations (illegal activity, fraud, deliberate harm to others), we may permanently terminate your account without prior warning.
In all cases:
- We will provide notice of the violation and the action taken (except where prohibited by law or law enforcement request).
- You may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting hello@seaes.ai within 14 days.
- Wallet balance treatment upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are generally not eligible for refunds.
9. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any user violating this AUP, please report it to hello@seaes.ai with relevant details. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as new Products are launched or as regulatory requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email and dashboard notification at least 15 days before taking effect.
