Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all wallet recharges and usage of the SEAES Platform operated by SEAES. By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Wallet Recharge Refunds

If you have recharged your SEAES Wallet and wish to request a refund of unused balance, the following conditions apply:

The ₹5,000 signup credits (or any other promotional credits) are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Promotional credits:

Credits that have been consumed through product usage (calls made, messages sent, scans performed, days accessed) are non-refundable. Each usage deduction is final and irreversible. You can review your complete usage history at accounts.seaes.ai/billing/transactions.

If a payment was debited from your account but the recharge did not reflect in your SEAES Wallet:

You may cancel your SEAES account at any time by contacting hello@seaes.ai. Upon cancellation:

If you believe a billing error has occurred (incorrect deduction, duplicate charge, etc.):

  1. Contact hello@seaes.ai with the details of the disputed transaction within 30 days of the transaction date.
  2. Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If the dispute is valid, the amount will be credited back to your Wallet or refunded to your payment method.
  4. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to hello@seaes.ai.
