Accessibility

Last updated: 13 June 2026

Our commitment to making SEAES HMS and this website usable by everyone.

In short

  • We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our public website and product screens.
  • Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we build it into design and testing rather than bolting it on.
  • Hit a barrier? Tell us at [email protected] and we will look into it.

Our commitment

SEAES is committed to making SEAES HMS and this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessible software is better software for everyone who works in a hospital.

The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we consider accessibility — keyboard operability, colour contrast, clear labels and structure — as part of our design and testing, not as an afterthought.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a continuous process. As we build out SEAES HMS we keep reviewing screens against these guidelines and improving them. We treat reported barriers as defects to be fixed.

Known limitations

Some areas may not yet fully meet our target — for example certain third-party content or integrations outside our direct control, and screens still in active development ahead of our first release. We are honest that this is work in progress and we welcome reports that help us prioritise.

Feedback & contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at [email protected]. Tell us the page or screen, what went wrong, and the assistive technology you use if relevant, and we will respond.

This page is provided for transparency about how SEAES HMS works. For the binding terms of a specific hospital deployment, refer to the signed agreement between that hospital and SEAES. SEAES HMS is pre-launch; screens and data shown on this website are illustrative and use synthetic records only.
