While we strive to deliver reliable, accurate, and useful software, we do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- The results obtained from using any Product will be accurate or reliable.
- Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
SEAES Products use artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate outputs, recommendations, and analysis. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Specifically:
- AI models process data probabilistically and may produce different results for the same input at different times.
- Outputs reflect patterns in training data and may not account for your specific circumstances.
- AI does not replace human judgment, professional expertise, or due diligence.
- You should independently verify all AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions, regulatory filings, or customer-facing communications.
3. SEAES TaxGuard Disclaimer
SEAES TaxGuard is an AI-powered assistive tool for identifying potential red flags in GST and Income Tax data imported from Tally.
- TaxGuard is not a substitute for a Chartered Accountant, tax advisor, or legal professional.
- TaxGuard outputs are indicative and highlight areas for further review. They are not conclusive findings, audit opinions, or tax assessments.
- The accuracy of TaxGuard analysis depends on the completeness and accuracy of the data you provide.
- SEAES is not liable for any tax penalties, legal consequences, or financial losses arising from reliance on TaxGuard outputs without independent professional verification.
- Always consult a qualified CA or tax professional before filing returns or responding to tax notices based on TaxGuard findings.
4. SEAES Voice Disclaimer
SEAES Voice provides AI-powered voice calling agents for business communications.
- AI voice agents may not perfectly replicate human conversation. Responses depend on the AI model, call quality, and recipient behaviour.
- Call outcomes (lead conversion, customer satisfaction, etc.) depend on many factors beyond our control including script quality, target audience, timing, and market conditions.
- All calls made through SEAES Voice may be recorded for quality assurance. You are responsible for disclosing this to call recipients where legally required.
- SEAES is not liable for any losses arising from calls that do not achieve desired outcomes, or from regulatory penalties due to your non-compliance with TRAI or DND regulations.
5. SEAES ERP Disclaimer
SEAES ERP provides AI-powered business management tools including invoicing, inventory, and payroll.
- AI-generated financial documents (invoices, salary slips, tax computations) must be reviewed and verified by qualified personnel before submission to customers, employees, or regulatory authorities.
- SEAES ERP calculations are based on the data and rules you provide. Errors in input data will produce errors in output.
- SEAES is not responsible for financial losses, tax penalties, or compliance issues arising from AI-generated documents that were not independently verified before use.
6. SEAES Rank Disclaimer
SEAES Rank provides AI-powered SEO analysis and monitoring.
- Search engine rankings are determined by algorithms controlled by Google, Bing, and other search engines. SEAES does not control and cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic outcomes.
- SEO recommendations are based on AI analysis of publicly available data and known ranking factors. Search algorithms change frequently and without notice.
- Past SEO performance is not indicative of future results.
7. SEAES WhatsApp / Ping Disclaimer
SEAES WhatsApp/Ping enables automated WhatsApp messaging through the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
- Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure, recipient device status, and network conditions. SEAES does not guarantee delivery of all messages.
- Account restrictions or bans imposed by Meta due to your messaging practices are your sole responsibility.

The Platform relies on third-party services (Meta, Anthropic, Razorpay, MSG91, Cloudflare, and others). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by these providers that may affect the Platform's functionality.
